Where is the Event?
Summer Winds is in the sports field next to Beaches Community Centre at 66 Arthur Rd (Hwy 59) in Victoria Beach Manitoba. The event is outdoors and rain or shine, dress for the weather. VIP ticket holders have a large covered tent.

WHEN IS THE EVENT?
Summer Winds Family Music Festival is a two day event from Friday, July 17th to Saturday, July 18th, 2026. This is the 18th Annual year for the event!

WHO WILL BE PERFORMING?
The festival features a full lineup of musical performances across multiple genres and provides opportunities for local entertainers of all ages to perform. Our “Manitoba Made Entertainment Model” focuses on local and regional Manitoba performers which has been well received. The “Manitoba Made” ensures that high-quality local acts have replace costly headliners.

Can my band perform?
The main line-up is determined in November each year. Applications by bands should be made by September 30th by email to summerwindsfest@gmail.com.

WHAT IS AVAILABLE AT THE FESTIVAL FOR FOOD & DRINKS?

There are a couple of Food Trucks at the event. The Festival serves both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Photo ID will be required as proof of age.
The VIP Tent has it’s own bar and serves a variety of complimentary snacks for VIP ticket holders.
CaN I BRING MY OWN FOOD & DRINKS?

Yes you can bring your own non-alcoholic drinks or snacks into the festival.
Beer Gardens are open till midnight on each night. Photo ID is required to purchase alcoholic beverages. All bags, coolers and persons are subject to be searched. No outside alcohol, drugs or tailgating parties are permitted failure to comply may result in the loss of your privilege to attend the Festival.Be responsible don’t drink and drive!
can I volunteer at SUmmer winds music festival?

We are always looking for more volunteers, please fill out the volunteer application form and choose which area interests you. If you volunteer for 10 hours during the festival or leading up to the event, you will receive a free weekend pass.
Parking is first come and FREE in the Beaches Community Centre. Close by locations of overflow parking will be directed by parking attendants. There is also a FREE, safe & secure BIKE VALET parking area with attendants that safe guard them in a secured area. TIPS ARE WELCOME and are put back into the event’s fundraising efforts. Be responsible don’t drink and drive!

There is currently no shuttle or taxis available. However many locals are often available for carpooling or designated drivers. Make a post on the local Facebook pages to find a ride.

where do event profits go?
Summer Winds Family Music Festival is a subsidiary of Alex Anderson Memorial Sports Club and Legion Hall Inc. (Incorporate non-profit and legal name of Beaches Community Centre). All event profits are re-invested into Beaches Community Centre.
